Quotes and estimates are valid for 28 days.  

1.       Specification & Performance

All estimates, quotes and invoices are subject to submission of final artwork and proofing.  If final artwork is submitted after initial quotation Atelier JI reserve the right to amend estimates, quotes, and invoices to reflect the total work that is required or that has been conducted.  

Proofing: One full proof (if requested) will be made at a cost of 1/2 of the total production value. Once a proof has been made Atelier JI reserve the right to amend estimates, quotes, or invoices to accurately reflect the work that is required or that has been conducted. In the event of a cancelation after proofing 1/2 of the full production value will be invoiced. Additional full proofs will incur additional charges. If a proof is not requested the client must accept the results of the final production.  

Final Proof (BAT): A final proof (BAT) will be required to complete a limited-edition run-on. The BAT will be signed and labelled by the artist, as such.

Limited-Edition (Run-on Prints) The subsequent agreed Limited-Edition (run-on) will reflect the quality and specifications agreed in the BAT Proof, between the artist and Atelier JI.

This is the agreed specification between Atelier JI and the customer and will only change with agreement between both parties. 

2.       Packing & Delivery

All quotes exclude packing materials/time and shipping costs and will be cost in addition to print requirements.   

3.       Payment Terms

Due in full immediately on invoice/commencement unless other arrangements are agreed. All prices shown are exempt of VAT. VAT is applicable at a rate of 20% on all orders. Prints remain the property of Atelier Ji until payment clears. Delays in payment may incur delays in production. 

4.       Printer Proofs

For each edition(s) Atelier JI require as standard, 2 signed printers' proofs (PPs) and 1 signed studio proof and a signed BAT to be retained for its archive. These remain the property of Atelier JI. If additional printers are employed/required to produce an edition, additional signed PPs will be required beyond the standard.

5.       Promotion Acknowledgement

If any image printed by Atelier JI is used in promotional material; we request credit as the printer. Atelier JI retain the right to use the name of the artist and image of the limited-edition print produced, in promotional items including but not limited to: our website, social media channels and published literature.
